Today we learned about the important people in our school. Some of the people we talked about were:
- Grade 2 Teachers (there are FIVE of us!)
- Mr. Murphy (our new principal)

- Mrs. Kulba and Mrs. Block
- Ms. Lysak
- Ms. Nanavaty
- Ms. Hammond
- Ms. Cretain
- and more!
Highlights from today:
- we did some "All About Me in Numbers" to get to know each other in math. We learned how to represent ourselves in numbers (e.x. our birthday, our favourite numbers, how many teeth we've lost, our shoe size, etc.)
- in Phys. Ed we reviewed expectations and played a new game called "Where the West Wind Blows."
- we learned how to do WOW drawings. Ask me about them!
Our favourite parts from today:
- doing PLICKERS
- taking pictures of us
- reading stories
- colouring WOW pictures on our puzzle pieces
- all about me math
- going outside
