Today was another great day in Grade 2!

Some highlights from today were:

- The big cheese sent Brock, Coco and us a new mission!(Mila)
-  We matched pictures of food to the food groups. We need to try to pick food from the four food groups for our supper tonight. (Zaeem)
- We learned about the different kinds of coins in Canada. (Sayeh)
- We are going to try to make a healthy dinner with our parents. (Myles)
- We went to Music and learned some new parts of the Remembrance Day songs. (Anna)
- We continued writing about our "lands" (Chasity)

We worked on editing some writing today. Over the next week we will be working together to create an editing checklist for our writing so we all know what is expected. So far we have identified that we need to check for capital letters, ending punctuation, finger spaces between words, the spelling of sight words and words on our personal word list, and letters that are going the wrong way.

-Book orders due tomorrow
-Movie tickets are first come first served (there are still tickets as far as we know!)
